CommentsYou must have a lot of patience and a very steady hand
-- "Once you go Beethoven, you'll never go Bach." *MishLDirnt Oh you would be surprised how fast some of this goes when you have a DVD library to pop in and watch while working.
-- I have a pencil and I know how to use it. I once asked for directions and they told me "You are here". Now if only I could find that on a map. It`s interesting you would say that.. I`ve heard a lot of people say that they work best when there`s a movie playing in front of them while they work but I find it very distracting.
-- "Once you go Beethoven, you'll never go Bach." *MishLDirnt It's like white noise when you think bout it. It's not like you want to watch the movie or series, You could put on music or even a news channel or a radio station that is not on the air (back to that white noise static). It kinda puts the rest of your brain into neutral while you focus on what you are working on. The mysterious groove trance we all seek and occasionally find.

I can't do it with movies or television (I can't even fall asleep in front of the TV - I just have to know what's going on) but sometimes I'll listen to metal-core/screamo/music-that-involves-a-lot-of-noise because it's easier to drown out, but keeps me from being distracted by other things.
Thanks for an interesting conversation. -- "Once you go Beethoven, you'll never go Bach." *MishLDirnt You're welcome.
